through my work in Ukraine on the new fuel enhancer DFC2020 I got connected to the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport in Kharkiv. As part of my cooperation with the university, they asked me to teach their students on new technologies and developments. This University is considered to be the leading university in Ukraine on trains and train transport and the department of heat engineering is part of this great institute. As a guest lecturer at this department I teach the students on the latest developments and industry improvements and help them to get ready for the corporate world.Teaching at this University is a challenge and also a privilege. Dealing with the differences in language en culture makes this an interesting job and it is fun to be different in the way of teaching. The university teaches knowledge from science where I apply the practical daily knowledge and experience from the field. This makes an interesting combination for teaching and as I like to experiment in the classroom, the students seem to like the different ways I take.

As the President of one of Hollands largest dragracing organisations we intervened between the boyracers (illegal streetracers) and the dutch government by creating dragracing events for the youth. OSL Racing was a US Army/NHRA based dragracing programm aimed at preventing the GI's stationed in Germany from entering illegal streetraces outside of the base. Because of the straatracing problems in Holland and the knowledge available OSL Racing was send in to Holland to help put a stop to the dangerous races. As the president I handled Public Relations, event promotion and just about everything in between that's needed to host events for 800 to 80.000 people and handled at any given time between 20 and 60 staff, most of witch were volunteers.

during my role as President at Operation Street Legal Racing (oslracing) I helpt organise several specialist events on the Bazaar grounds. introducing the " Auto Bazaar" , fundraising for the " Make a Wish" Foundation, Model car/train and airplane event and much more. working together with the Beverwijk Bazaar was great fun and pushed the envelope on what was possible within the boundaries of the permits. creating new events to enhance the position of the Beverwijk Bazaar.
