    GLOW Eindhoven organizes the international light art festival GLOW every year in November: a large exhibition in the public space of Eindhoven featuring around 30 light artists from the Netherlands and abroad. A walking route connects all the light art projects, making it a truly immersive experience. What makes GLOW special is the focus on innovation and talent development, bringing fresh light art to the city each year.As the project coordinator at GLOW, I oversaw about a third of the projects from start to finish. I was the link between different stakeholders—working closely with technology suppliers, artists, designers, and the citizens of Eindhoven to bring these installations to life. It was all about building strong connections and making sure everything ran smoothly, from the first idea to the final glow on the street.
