Bechtle Marketing EuropeAs from april 2016 starting at ARP Nederland (a Bechtle Group company) with the digital transformation program. In this program digital first and (online) IT-thought leadership are key drivers and online marketing, content marketing and creating an excellent cross channel customer experience are daily team efforts. As of 2020 this transformation program is scaled up to 11 countries and all Bechtle brands in Europe. My responsibilities as Head of Bechtle Marketing Centre of Excellence in these countries are managing both our central marketing team as developing maturity of local teams on digital transformation, marketing strategy and marketing/sales alignment using marketing automation and e-business platforms.From January 2023 full focus on the Dutch brands and companies again working on synergy in marketing and vendor management teams from ARP and Bechtle. Main streams are branding, demand- and leadgeneration and programs with partners. Former jobs / goalsCo-founder and ower of Stone-IT, responsible for marketing, sales and finance till the aquisition by Smile Group in 2011. During these initial years working and growing with customers like Marktplaats (from 1 to 700 servers) and many other (e-business) companies was a daily job. Strong focus on creating free publicity and creating a strong brand in market segments e-commerce, local government and healthcare.In 2013 and Q1 2014 leading the merge between Smile Nederland and Stone-IT to one company specialised in building e-commerce solutions in Magento and Hippo to Top 100 e-commerce players in The Netherlands. Daily job was increasing customer satisfaction at sites like ANWB, Neckermann, MS Mode and Coltex together with creating a great place to work.From april 2014 starting new concepts in e-commerce within Ecomgroup. Main driver for me is the rapidly changing e-commerce and IT market on the one hand and the rise of the freelance economy on the other hand. What will be the job descriptions in 10 years? How will companies like airbnb, uber and snappcar change market circumstances? To be in the frontline of these big changes, is what drives me most. How we can anticipate on this with new business concepts, is my business challenge.As from april 2016 starting in the ARP Nederland (a Bechtle Group company) Management Team with the digital transformation program, responsible for marketing and IT-solutions teams.
