For CBRE Property Management ultimately responsible for the technical and facility management of the shopping centre "the Amsterdamse Poort". The shopping centre is situated near the Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam and has about 150 retail tenants, spread over 8 retail clusters and 3 parking garages. Together with a team of colleagues - Tenant contact point, Office support, Junior technical managers and Facility managers - daily coordination about technical and facility matters and running projects. These store clusters have been and will be transformed by developer 3W in the coming years. Because almost all shops are located under apartments, there is regular coordination with the Housing Association YMERE and the Association Of Owners. A dynamic environment with many different stakeholders. The annual budget for technical management is determined on the basis of a Multi-Year Maintenance Budget (MJOB). The budget is compared to the realization every quarter. Yardi is used to provide suppliers with purchase orders and invoices are approved for payment in the Yardi workflow.

Jointly responsible for the Technical Management of a national commercial real estate portfolio of various owners, of which SynVest is the largest. The portfolio consists of approximately 120 offices buildings, business premises, catering buildings and shopping centers. Investment advice is given to the property owner on the basis of calamities or regular maintenance - Multi Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP). Project supervision from quotation phase to final delivery. Daily activities consist of replacing or repairing: Fire alarm systems (FAS), Air handling units (AHU), CV installations (gas & district heating), Cooling machines, Building Management Systems (BMS), Roof repairs, sustainable sollutions. In addition, the project management of a construction team for the expansion of a building, or in consultation with an architect, develop and realize an upgrade for a building (internally or externally).

Operationally responsible for the Technical & Facilities management of the shopping center “De Kwinkelier” in Bilthoven. Regular contact with about 50 shop tenants, including Albert Heijn, LIDL, HEMA, Kruidvat, Pearl, Primera and private tenants of apartments located above.Coordination with the asset management organization about investment proposals. Guidance from the quotation phase up to and including the final inspection upon delivery. Prepare the retail space technically in consultation with a new tenant, after which a Completion Process Report (CPR) is signed. Technical management: recording, assessing, coordinating with suppliers etc. (mechanical) construction and electrical work.Facilities management: fire alarm system, evacuation plan, camera system, security, cleaning, pest control, access control keys and locksmith, Christmas lights, AED, green maintenance and support with promotional activities at the shopping center.The shopping center has been redeveloped in 6 phases since 2014. Before a construction phase of development is accepted by asset management, the delivery and remaining points list is critically examined. Consultation with the construction manager, project developer, contractor, construction foreman, architect and the municipality. Prior to a construction phase, supervision of the asbestos inventory and remediation.
