Together with a team of colleagues - Tenant contact point, Office support, Junior technical managers and Facility managers - daily coordination about technical and facility matters and running projects. These store clusters have been and will be transformed by developer 3W in the coming years. Because almost all shops are located under apartments, there is regular coordination with the Housing Association YMERE and the Association Of Owners. A dynamic environment with many different stakeholders. The annual budget for technical management is determined on the basis of a Multi-Year Maintenance Budget (MJOB). The budget is compared to the realization every quarter. Yardi is used to provide suppliers with purchase orders and invoices are approved for payment in the Yardi workflow. -
