For CBRE Property Management ultimately responsible for the technical and facility management of the shopping centre "the Amsterdamse Poort". The shopping centre is situated near the Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam and has about 150 retail tenants, spread over 8 retail clusters and 3 parking garages. Together with a team of colleagues - Tenant contact point, Office support, Junior technical managers and Facility managers - daily coordination about technical and facility matters and running projects. These store clusters have been and will be transformed by developer 3W in the coming years. Because almost all shops are located under apartments, there is regular coordination with the Housing Association YMERE and the Association Of Owners. A dynamic environment with many different stakeholders. The annual budget for technical management is determined on the basis of a Multi-Year Maintenance Budget (MJOB). The budget is compared to the realization every quarter. Yardi is used to provide suppliers with purchase orders and invoices are approved for payment in the Yardi workflow.

Daily activities consist of replacing or repairing: Fire alarm systems (FAS), Air handling units (AHU), CV installations (gas & district heating), Cooling machines, Building Management Systems (BMS), Roof repairs, sustainable sollutions. In addition, the project management of a construction team for the expansion of a building, or in consultation with an architect, develop and realize an upgrade for a building (internally or externally).

Consultation with the construction manager, project developer, contractor, construction foreman, architect and the municipality. Prior to a construction phase, supervision of the asbestos inventory and remediation.
