As a Coffee Specialist, I helped both Nespresso customers and people interested in Nespresso at the Boutique in Den Bosch. I informed customers about Nespresso's coffee, their machines and their accessories and sold them the latest coffee varieties. Besides that, I made sure that the customer received a true Nespresso experience and went home with a smile.
