Concrete examples are:- Set up data-driven Digital Marketing department with predictive AI and full omnichannel ROAS steering in 20 countries.- Developed and rolled out the ‘My Rituals’ CRM program in 20 countries to become a highly productive omnichannel program with 23M+ members. - Set up insourced award-winning Customer Service, from scratch, in 12 languages with over 180 employees. Was awarded ‘most customer friendly customer service’ in The Netherlands 3 times in a row (2021, 2022, 2023) and in Germany (2023, including with the highest website customer satisfaction rating ever). - Implemented conversational commerce with WhatsApp as most preferred channel. Succes included very high conversion and average order value (AOV).- Completed three redesigns for web and app, including 19 customised country check- outs.- Developed native app from scratch, taking a significant turnover share of e-commerce, as it grew to be the preferred channel of loyal customers. - Set up cross-border China and most recently domestic China: first crossborder Tmall, Wechat, Red, Douyin followed in recent years by domestic Tmall, Wechat en Douyin, including My Rituals CRM program. - Implemented Amazon seller-central approach including a dedicated assortment and market places team.
