Evenementen en gastvrijheid staan al zin jongs af aan centraal in mijn leven.Gastvrijheid, een gevoel dat je alleen Γ©cht kunt ervaren als alles klopt. En evenementen, complexe puzzels die alleen het complete plaatje laten zien als je alles stukjes goed hebt gelegd. Die uitdaging hou ik van. Ontdekken, opstarten, bij elkaar brengen en samen met andere een prachtig resultaat bereiken. Dat is pas echt leuk. Gastvrijheid, diversiteit/samen en bedrijfsvoering, dat zijn mijn uitgangspunten.Ik werk graag samen met anderen aan een gezamenlijk doel en zou mijzelf beschrijven als actiegericht. Dus zowel taak- als mensgericht, met een focus om vooruit te komen. Daarnaast staan voor mij de 3 P's centraal in mijn werkwijze. Purpose: Waarom doen we wat we doen (doel). People: Met wie en voor wie doen we dit (de mens)? Performance: Wat levert het op (activiteiten/output). En hoe sluit dat weer aan op ons doel?Er is nog genoeg te doen op deze wereld, dus ik pak graag zaken aan. Samen de schouders eronder en mooie dingen maken, doen en beleven.
