My current role is Partner Business Operations Manager supporting the Partner Business in EMEA & JAPAC. In this role I am part of the EMEA & JAPAC Business Operations Team. Within my role I provide Business and Operational support to the Partner Management Team in EMEA & JAPAC. The support I deliver focusses on daily operations (go-to person for the Partner Management Team, KPIs & information management, tool maintenance, audits, reporting etc.), on business plans (initiation, tracking, analyzing, reporting & improving) and additional projects for Oracle Hardware Support (examples are Field Change Orders, Oracle Dedicated Region Cloud at Customer and Oracle Alloy).
