Led the technology unit for an affluent 3100+ student, 450 staff, 7 building school district in Eastern Pennsylvania. Responsible for technology curriculum integration and development. Collaborated with Superintendent, Director of Curriculum, Principals. Supported teachers to promote best practices. Managed technical operations to ensure academic advancement, efficiencies, and optimal communications. Department totaled 10 staff and $1M+ annual budget/3+M inventory. Provided and facilitated professional development services, training for 450 staff members. Collaborated with executive team for strategic and curriculum planning, standards alignment. Managed Continuing Education Program for professional and support staff. Supported and guided instructional staff via training, technology integration and implementation. Acted as district public relations liaison for press releases, presentations, and special events.
