- Responsible for the preparation and review of quarterly client reporting with respect to private equity, real estate, secondary, and credit fund-of-funds/feeder funds currently under management;- Review, digest, and extract information from the reports provided by the underlying private equity sponsors and draft the relevant information to be included in the client quarterly performance updates;- Prepare, analyze, and review quantitative fund and portfolio company performance information for inclusion in the reports. Liaise with administrators to determine correct quantitative data for reporting purposes and be able to understand portfolio company performance and fund valuation drivers;- Coordinate internal Compliance review and approvals;- Ensure timely distribution of reports to clients and relationship managers;- Review of monthly Hedge Fund fact card reporting;- Draft wording for capital call and distribution notices to investors;- Maintain communication with underlying financial sponsors regarding portfolio company activities and their impact on valuation;- Coordinate periodic investment portfolio and valuation reviews with other members of the team;- Serve as Private Equity product specialist in connection with requests for information from relationship managers and clients (i.e. regarding fund performance, capital calls, and other fund-related activities) as well as fund performance update meetings.

- Responsible for the production of performance monitoring reports for both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes advised by Mercer all across Europe and Growth Markets with quantitave and qualitative analysis and performance appraisal;- Follow-up with consulting teams, suggesting and clarifying details of reports produced;- Supporting consulting teams from a technical perspective (methodologies/assumptions) and client reporting queries;- Liaise with external entities (asset managers) to request, receive and validate customer information which is used to undertake different types of analysis used on reports ( attribution analysis, asset allocation or manager research);- Responsible for producing and checking the Investment Report Template;- Part of the Research Team, responsible to tailor and check news and updates relative to the investment managers.- Responsible of Investment Performance Reporting for Germany and Sweden: creating and maintaining guidelines, managing new clients and their specific reporting requirements- Training Provider to new joiners and other members in the Team

- Probability of Default Analysis for Small and Medium Companies (Rating Model);- Control of credit limits powers on agencies;- Study/Research regarding average antiquity of real estate appraisals (Haircuts)- Processing and organization of the bank’s information regarding adjudications;- Development of Monthly Risk Report;
