I also coordinate with the design team, ensuring that all creative requirements are accurately conveyed and executed.- Operations:I oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of equipment for events, ensuring that all technical aspects are set up and function smoothly. I manage a team of 10 Event Operators, who are responsible for transporting and setting up equipment at events. I also provide technical support to these operators, even outside regular office hours, ensuring the flawless execution of our services.- Marketing:I create and manage social media content strategies, handle the company's CRM system, and oversee all planning and execution related to newsletters. I ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals, helping to maintain and grow our client base.- Sales (Business Development):I identify potential clients on LinkedIn and present the company’s services to them.
