Many companies experience delays, development issues, and budget overruns when attempting to deliver complex technology solutions. I am an experienced technology leader who has worked extensively within both IT and engineering organizations. I have a proven ability to lead teams as well as perform individually, and a successful track record of leading large complex programs. I have more recent experience as a SAFe / agile coach working with executive leaders, agile release trains, setting up a Lean Center of Excellence (LACE), and coaching ARTs and teams. I am a Certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SCP) (also certified SAFe Agilist, Product Owner / Product Manager, and Practitioner). I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I am looking for a consulting or contract role so I can leverage my experience to help companies deliver complex technology faster and with high quality. I am primarily looking for a consulting or contract role as a program manager, agile coach, or release train engineer, but would consider other technology consulting or contract roles aligned with my experience.
