I was tasked with reviewing and approving proposals related to information systems across Latin America and the Caribbean, creating eHealth strategies, and spearheading negotiation efforts for $5MM provided by the National Agency of Health Surveillance of Brazil. · Coach, strategic advisor and mentor for the process or reengineering of the PAHO Corporate Web 2.0 Strategy website strategy for both the corporate office and all country offices, consistently updated knowledge management system, and created social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Wikipedia) accounts for the organization.· Community Manager of the Pan American Journal of Public Health for ensuring timely and open access to scientific articles and most recent evidence.· Led the development and publication of the first digital publication authored by more than 200 experts “eHealth Conversations: Information Management, Dialogue and Exchange of Knowledge to get Closer to Universal Access to Health”.· Led and published the first Digital Literacy program in the Americas for Public Health, including virtual and non-virtual training opportunities for staff members, new competencies map and an eHealth virtual course titled “Information Literacy Trainers”.
