Financial due diligence (FDD) and valuation services on behalf of corporate clients and private equity clients. Tasks include both buy-side due diligence, vendor due diligence and vendor assistance, with projects covering a wide range of industries and sizes of businesses. Through analysis of financial, commercial and operational data we identify key value drivers and challenge assumptions about future performance to support decision-makers, increase value and reduce risks inherent in transactions. The senior manager role includes being a project leader, working on several engagements simultaneously, supporting more junior colleagues in their development, in addition to being in daily contact with top executives, shareholders and other key stakeholders. Hence, accurate and efficient analytical skills as well as strong presentation/communication skills are highly important.
