From small Mennonite dairy farms to 80K hd feed-yards, between the US, Uruguay, New Zealand, Mexico, Honduras, Costa Rica and Argentina, being a farmer myself but also working as a farm manager, a dairy and beef farm consultant and a Customer Success manager, I developed a strong background on: Comprehensive knowledge of row/forage crops, dairy and beef production.  Solid project management and people skills, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and supervising staff and multidisciplinary teams.  Experience doing technical sales and developing durable client relationships, .  Entrepreneurial spirit, driven by passion for providing creative solutions for farmers.  Strong oral and written communication skills.
