Martin brings exceptional experience to manage transportation assignments at every level of the project process.His professional trajectory has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the transportation/traffic engineering concepts, practices and standards. Throughout his career, Martin has been involved in a variety of low and high complexity engineering projects that range from small single land use to large mixed land use developments including city transportation studies and highway/freeway traffic operational studies. Martin has been working with provincial and local municipalities, developers, engineers and planners to provide expertise in traffic engineering including transportation environmental studies, traffic impact studies, parking demand analysis, traffic signals, traffic operations and roadway design.Martin has been qualified by the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) and has participated as witness to provide expert opinion evidence on matters related to transportation and traffic engineering.
