After graduation from Babson College in 2010 I joined my family to found and scale Professional Ambulance ("ProAm"). Building ProAm from the ground up was fascinating; I was forced to learn every aspect of healthcare operations. Most impactful to ProAm's early sucess was the ability to attract and retain staff; an organization can't grow without an engaging and inclusive culture. After #PeopleOps, ProAm is relentlessly focused on the unique needs of each of our customers. Most recently, we've has partnered with Integra, Rhode Island's largest Accountable Care Organization, to provide acute-care Paramedic services as part of the Integra @Home Program. This first of its kind program has been recognized by Institute for Healthcare Improvement for successfully achieving the triple-aim. By partnering primary-care providers, ProAm Paramedics, and home-nursing agencies, Integra @Home is able to manage the acute exacerbation of COPD, CHF, and diabetes while reducing emergency department utilization.

RI Hub "Venture Mentoring Service" (VMS) is a collection of experienced businesspersons who volunteer their time to support Rhode Island's entrepreneurs. Designed in conjunction with the MIT VMS service, RI HUB VMS offers management advisory services, consulting, and networking services to support businesses founded and operating in Rhode Island.The overarching goal of RI HUB VMS is to support Rhode Island's "start-up scene" and focuses most of its effort on incubating and retaining entrepreneurial ventures founded at Brown University and the University of Rhode Island.

BehaveCare is a BCBS Venture-Capital backed provider of case-management and care-coordination services for high-risk community members. Through an alternative payment model BehaveCare is able to integrate community-based providers who are typically disconnected from one another. This integration of care allows for Care Teams to address "Whole-Person Health" by impacting social, medical, and mental health needs. When successful, Care Managers are able to measure reductions in inpatient admissions and emergency department visits. As it has expanded to service multiple patient populations, BehaveCare has recently re-branded itself as "Upward Health".
