Provided senior enlisted leadership and advisement over community and family readiness policies that sustained 320,000 Active Duty Airmen and their families. Led education and development requirements team; developed and published a modernized Career Field Education and Training Plan for an entire military specialty resulting in an upgrade to a full spectrum of training resources for 4,000 Airmen. As as chief talent manager for an enlisted field, identified high performing senior enlisted leaders for Key Development Positions by assembling review panels and launching enlisted development plans and career management feedback resulting in the deliberate development of 120 senior non-commissioned officers.

Services Functional Manager. Managed 3,200 enlisted positions at 86 installations; regulated manning requirements, training, and performance standards, stabilizing 10 commands with trained and ready personnel resources. Led team of 56 military and civilian personnel to provide centralized management and support for food service, lodging, fitness, and community services portfolios worth over Two Billion dollars. Coordinated and hosted senior leaders for a week-long leadership seminar—educated 72 personnel on entire Personnel, Manpower and Services enterprise.

Provided senior enlisted leadership to a highly diverse unit of 500 personnel; supported 37,000 in base community—base recognized with an Installation Excellence Award from Air Combat Command. Oversaw installation feeding, lodging, and fitness operations, led 200 personnel, developed long range planning, programs, and budgets—executed 1.2 Million dollars in capital improvements and sustained 550,000 annual customers. Developed local inspection criteria and evaluated installation Emergency Management programs, built exercise scenarios to test incident and natural disaster response capability—earned “excellent” ratings during command inspections and readied installation for multiple contingencies. Represented Tyndall Air Force Base area as board member on Local Federal Coordinating Committee, approved 38 local charities for 2011 Combined Federal Campaign—collected and audited 176,000 dollars in charity donations.
