I am the EFD Adaptation test lead at Lockheed Martin contracted out to work for NATs (National Air Traffic Services), my main duties include:1. Testing the Scottish and Manchester ATC system Adaptation code. 2. Testing the future iTEC system Adaptation. 3. Preparing all the test documentation including Test report, scripts, logs, plans and acceptance. 4. Functional Testing. 5. Regression Testing. 6. Automation Testing. 7. Working with ATC on any operations observations. 8. Developing new tools for testing. 9. Signing off builds for operational use.10. Improving test process.

My current role is currently split between two main areas.HMI testing and development for the future London Control system, with main duties include:1) Learning Ranorex.2) Developing test cases for the SUT.3) Building projects and modules for each component from the SUT.4) Point of contact for the click and reply tool. 5) Automation development documentation. Working on the new SESAR FDP system with main duties including:1) Multi system testing with two different FDP systems. 2) Lab support and build upgrades. 2) Point of contact for the test automation tool. 4) Supporting system changes and problem solving. 5) SAT testing. 6) Script writing to overcome basic manual lab work i.e. file zipping.

I was able to do a placement in Greece on the island of Crete. This was at the main technology institute in Heraklion. My main job responsibility was to develop, design and build the Diadalika website. This included:1. Liaising with the university customer on a regular basis to discuss the site development. 2. Writing requirements. 3. Developing prototype builds. 4. Using tools such as Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, XML and CSS. 5. Testing the website. 6. User testing. 7. Documentation to keep the site up-to-date. 8. Working in a foreign environment. After 6 months the university put the websites on their servers.
