I have worked for a number of companies over the years gaining much experience in business, especially in the disciplines of Sales and Marketing, working with a wide range of people of different cultures and beliefs. I have well-developed people skills and enjoy teaching, mentoring, and coaching people, I enjoy watching people grow in their personal lives and at work coming to the realization that they can do and achieve anything if they are willing to try and work at their goals. I believe in a systems approach to developing, building, and growing a business, without the buy-in from the various functional departments, directors, managers, supervisors, and staff, there can be no sustainable growth or success without working as an integrated system, being integrated with one another, having shared goals and not working against each other and been islands on our own. I believe at the heart of every business or organization are the people, they are its lifeblood, which will make the difference between success and failure. I believe in empowering people, allowing them to use their skills and experience creatively, relying on their intuition, to take the right course of action to benefit the company in achieving its goals and objectives.I love the outdoors, especially the Ocean, and Sea, I enjoy as much quality time alone as possible to be present with myself, I love my family and try to spend as much time with them as I can, doing things we will remember and cherish as we get older. Life for me isn't just about being successful in my career, life isn't just about me and my ego but also about trying to make a difference in the world through doing volunteer work for different charities. I believe that life is good, but not necessarily easy and without challenges. It's about our attitude, passion, commitment, and dedication we have toward the perceived or real challenges that sets us apart from others. I believe all things are possible no matter how big or insurmountable they seem.

As a result of the continual high incidents of fatal and None fatal drownings along the South African coast, in particular the Cape Town Municipal areas, I founded Sea Safe and registered the organization as a None Profit Organisation, with the Department of Social Development.The Sea Safe program teaches Beach and Sea Safety to disadvantaged children and teenagers between the age of Five (5) years old and nineteen (19) years old, we cover a wide range of topics ranging from, recognizing and understanding Beach Safety Signs, Beach safety flags, the role of Lifeguards, Ripcurrents, the different types of Waves, Wave formation, Sea Tides, Swimming/self-rescue, basic first aid, and CPR to mention a few.This is done in three phases:1.
