As interested in you as I am your business I love solving people's problems by connecting them to the right solution or person.As Relationships Manager for EZ-base UK I am usually the first contact for companies in the industrial supplies or PPE industries keen to enter into the world of e-commerce or improve their back office systems. Over the past couple of years I have come to realise that the gulf between those that do it well and those that do it poorly is huge, but in an industry that is innovating at a rapid rate sometimes all that is needed is a helping hand and guidance from people that know what they are doing (Not me, I'm a salesman, but I work with a team of fantastically knowledgeable people who love to help others).Product data is the future of trading online, I often say the product data (everything you see online when you buy anything) is the product until the physical object appears on the doorstep. Get it right and you provide excellent customer service and increase sales, get it wrong and your clients start buying the wrong thing, leading to disappointment, increased returns and damage to your brand.Primarily my history is in Self Storage, an industry where you have to make very quick connections with people in stressful situations and then retain that relationship over many months and years. During my 16 years in the industry I learnt many things about human nature and myself, the good, the bad and the downright ugly.Now, a keen networker, I love nothing more than connecting businesses to people who will help them and their businesses grow.
