- Supervision of Technical Claims Division in two offices.- Handling and supervision of high potential PI Claims, including those over Re-insurance level.- impacting Claims Expenditure, reducing all aspects of claims costs from Windscreen, AD & TP claims, plus legal expenses.- Audit of work allocated to UL Solicitors.- Discussing and agreeing Technical Claims handling with prospective new insurers.- Overseeing of internal Claims Audit.- Targetting suspected Fraudulant Claims.- Implementation of Solicitors Panel, including control on legal costs.

Acting on behalf of clients in connection with their claims against insurance companies. Tremendous opportuntiy in handling cases from 'the other side of the fence'. Preparing cases for litigation, interviewing clients and witnesses. Attending court, discussing cases with Insurance Companies as an alternative to litigation.Researching Case Law and Damage awards.

Responsible for portfolio of wide range of claims, Personal Injury, Theft, Fraud etc.Acting on behalf of company on a group basis in discussing settlement of cases with Solicitors and other Insurance Companies where damages and/or liability was an issue.
