About Martin Bortz

I am a social impact professional, researcher and advocate for paradigmatic change. I have worked in multiple portfolios including education, health, justice and Indigenous affairs. This work has included several evaluations, targeted policy advice, detailed literature reviews, organisational reviews, and research to support service improvement. I have worked in local and state government, academia, and private consulting. I am also currently investigating how we can transition society to meet the complex challenges we are facing - what is now being referred to as a meta-crisis.
