I started my HR Career in the mining industry as a temporary HR Assistant. After 4 months I was appointed permanently and enrolled in the company’s trainee program. From then on, my career took off and as I applied my mind and performed in my role and duties was promoted consecutively. I became the youngest HR manager in the group and started to serve on a management team.I spent time in various departments across the HR discipline and even had a stint for two years on projects. Due to a number of mergers and acquisitions I spent time in various companies and served in different levels of the business. I served on many committees and even on a medical board as director for 2 years.When the operations closed down in 2017, I decided to start my own business as an HR Consultant and in the IT field. I bought in as a Business Partner with BCS Connect which are now Flex Connect. I was trained as a YASAT engineer by YahClick a subsidiarry of YASAT. On a personal level, I am an individual with sober habits and high ethical standards. I am honest, trustworthy and take pride in not only working hard but completing the tasks with precision, punctuality and perfection. I take pride in my work and most of the time exceeds expectations for which I have received numerous commendations in the past.
