In my career as a psychologist, leadership coach, team facilitator, researcher and business consultant my focus is to enhance the professional and personal lives of my clients by integrating my experience in the fields of leadership, employee development, neuropsychology and international business. I started my career as a clinical neuropsychologist before transitioning into the field of management and organisational development. I offer customised services addressing mid-level to executive leadership development, strategic planning, team performance and talent assessment. I work with leading and inspirational public and private sector organisations in Australia, China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa, Thailand, UAE and the USA. I am a master trainer of and responsible for presenting international certification programs for The Myers-Briggs Company's (formerly CPP) range of psychometric assessments and development programs (including the MBTI (R), FIRO-B (R), Strong Interest Inventory (R), CPI 260 (R)), and a faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership and certification provider for the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessments. I support international business leaders through my role as faculty consultant on the Executive MBA programs of the China European International Business School (CEIBS), Shanghai, China and the Moscow School of Management, Skolkovo, Russia. I am co-author of the Global Workplace Well-being Inventory(TM) and have conducted well-being research globally since 2016. I am passionate about sharing new insights from the latest research as a keynote and conference presenter at events in Australia and internationally.
