Program Faculty Chair and Worldwide Academic Director of the International Masters Program for Managers (IMPM), one of the world's pre-eminent senior executive management development programs. Founded in 1996 by Professor Henry Mintzberg from McGill University, the program has been ranked #1 for International Management for 7 consecutive years by Eduniversal 2017-23. As an educator, Martin has gained worldwide recognition with the Financial Times ranking his teaching and leadership in Organisational Behaviour, Corporate Responsibility, and Business Ethics in the world top 10 four times over the last 15 years. Including #1 in the UK and world top #7 in 2015 and 2019. Over two decades he has taught and advised several hundred senior executives including from Fortune 500 companies, across the public and not for profit sector and entrepreneurs worldwide.He has been the director of two university research centres and has published and presented more than 50 journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers. His wide-ranging research expertise focuses on reflective governance for senior executives, action science applied to management and organisational development, communication practices in corporate meetings, and nonmarket strategies for sustainability. Martin Brigham has served on the faculty at Lancaster University since 2000. He completed his doctorate at the University of Warwick and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
