So.smith delivered a Management team to oversee all VIB (VIP) operations along with contracting and managing all 120 Catering Vendors.In 2022 to 2023 I was engaged by Capital Catering + Services, part of the ADNEC Group, Leading the creation of Healthcare and B & I divisions as the company enters new market sectors, taking the lead on tendering, securing, and mobilizing six new Hospital contracts across the UAE and a plethora B & I sites.In late 2023 I supported Compass Arabia with New projects in the Western & Central Regions of Saudi Arabia, from Business development to new contract mobilization and large-scale Events delivery. I was appointed as Project Director to lead the Compass Arabia Team’s delivery of the Master Caterer contract at the World Defense Show in Riyadh - February 2024.
