I was tasked with managing the whole project and within my remit I recruited learners from a wide range of organisations including the DWP/ job centres, SWAPS, charities, partner organisations and many others. I reached out to and created partnerships with businesses to in order to create potential job outcomes. As a result of courses tailored to the chosen organisation, the learners would be offered the opportunity of an interview. As such this involved close collaboration with the organisation.I created marketing materials and literature for my courses, designed new and edited existing portfolios, designed and delivered a wide range of vocational subjects including retail, hospitality, customer service, digital skills and general employability.I designed bespoke courses for in the classroom and online, course content designed to meet both teaching outlets, course content for each individual course and criteria.
