I´ve been fortunate to have tried, accomplished, and of course, failed at many different things so far, both privately and in my career. Great experiences, all of which are very valuable in understanding my strengths och passions, as well as my weaknesses and my dislikes.So far, I know that I love building strong teams in high-performing environments. Nothing makes me happier than succeeding in lifting up great people and helping them achieve success on their own and as a team. Also, I get a kick out of problem-solving and am known for tackling complex challenges and executing big ideas. Of course, it´s essential to have a strong and clear vision, but I´ve learned that in most cases, it all comes down to execution and doing stuff. I rely much on my gut feeling since I´m often in the space of "not been done before", but try to always back my decision with some kind of data insights.More hands down, I´m a big fan of rev.ops, enabling for sales, and building a scaleable product that aligns with company goals and vision. Since much of my background comes from sales and building companies, my belief is that everything we do should be based on adding value to the customer or enabling us to better help customers. On that note, I also LOVE doing some do or die exec-presentations, helps to stay on my toes!Hopefully, this gives you some insight into me.
