Established decision making mechanisms for setting priorities and allocating resources. Used coaching, creativity, and resilienceto attract and develop talent over 10 years.• Created the strategy and vision to develop pioneering digital biomarker tools at Roche and communicated strategy with internal stakeholders inearly clinical development and external stakeholders in academic institutions.
