Installing (cabling, connecting) and configuring the Microsoft Windows based Point of Sale systems (EPoS) in AllSaints retail stores.Assist with purchasing (vendor contact) and getting systems pre¬installed.Customer service is an integral part of the position; ensure a high level of customer service to all our field employees and strong awareness of in-store experience when troubleshooting.IT help desk tickets include support of the following, but not limited to: Windows 7 and later OS, Mac OS, Android/Apple mobile devices, Google cloud based email and apps Mitel VOIP phones, PC/Mac hardware repair and troubleshooting, POS system including credit card terminals, network equipment including switches, access points and cabling.Networking: Intermediate TCP/IP foundation and Basic LAN/WAN troubleshootingAudio/Visual Equipment: Basic A/V knowledge and troubleshooting as well as support projectors, TVs and LED curtainsPhone Support: exceptional phone etiquette with a 24/7 on call rotation.Incident Management: Important that SLAs are met, providing detail oriented updates via ticketing system and analyze and escalate issues to appropriate resources when needed.

o Hires and trains IT staff.o Schedules, organizes, and assigns projects to members of the IT team.o Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.o Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.§ Functional Duties/Responsibilities:o Leads development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department.o Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.o Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.o Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, compliance productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.o Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.o Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.o Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.o Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).o Performs other related duties as assigned.o Documents and oversees all system integrations o Monitors and collaborates across all retail functional department

• Responsible for setup and maintenance of all technologies in stores and corporate office locations including but not limited to: POS, Computers, cabling, checkpoint systems, people counter, security systems, printers and mobile pos.• Resolve problems reported by end users for POS and work station and knowledge of network equipment.• Setup, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Windows products in a remote environment.• Identify and escalate solutions requiring urgent attention.• Troubleshoot audio/ visual entertainment and video conferencing systems.• Assist and support Network Administrator & Systems Administrator as needed.• Maintain Telecommunication contract with AT&T, MegaPath and Verizon.• Purchasing new and replacement hardware for the stores.• Setup and maintain user in KWi system and setting up SDUSA email accounts.
