Now on to my 4th season at Swiftgo, and looking back I am amazed at what I have achieved. In 2019 setting up a new team/supply chain and working out of temporary accommodation. In 2020 moving into our custom built site and setting up backroom operations. Along with improving customer experience by scripting and arranging walk through videos of our Motor homes. In 2021 we had a budget busting year, even though only 6 months of trading. Now in 2022, after another successful year turning my eye to 2023. Arranging Partnerships with large corporate teams to increasing my profile within the Film & Media world. All this whilst delivery 5 star googles reviews and a 4.9 Trustpilot rating. After 15 years in the sort term car & van rental market having delivered industry recognized excellent customer service in both retail and B2B. I also had a strong track record in overachieving on revenue and costs targets, and instigating numerous projects with partnerships with major sporting institutions and charities. I have throughout the years been a strong advocate of staff development, and with reviews and PDP seen many of my team members progress to supervisory & management roles.
