Delivering technical management to the test environment to enable NBN Co customers to complete inter-op test in a non production environment, but an environment modeled on the production baseline. These environments support NBN Co MTM model for FTTP, FTTB and FTTN Managing the new builds of the baseline Multi-Technology Sandpits in each major Australian city, through management of the logistics from: ordering of equipment, vendor management and supporting the investigation within the technical documentation to ensure that the builds are completed within agreed time frame. Responsible for Victorian Deployment of MDU sites as part of the national build programme of work within NBN Co Rollout. As part of the new network build identifying and resolving issues for held orders due to complex premise access:Responsibilities:• Managing delivering of MDU sites to be built to spec and delivering end service to customers• Building strong relationships, managing and directing the contracting companies, Vendors and or suppliers to ensure that meet the project deadline.• Quality Audits of site and management of rectifying issue where there are held orders waiting connection • End customer engagement for new service issues - resolving localised issues for connections• Troubleshooting network issues, and at times producing technical work around at site to ensure earliest connection for services• HSE Lead for Victorian Construction Build, ensuring safe work practices are being adhered as outlined.

Docklands Melbourne

Managed the field and build and handover of all new active site build across: POI, FDH and FSAM. Responsibilities • Managing vendors and hardware providers for all build under the Active Sites In Victoria• Test and validation of the inter connectivity between Active and Passive networks,also across the network to the managed service providers for passive• Responsible for delivering site build to spec for practical completion and handover the network.• Quality Audits of site and management of rectifying issues •Troubleshooting network issues, and at times producing technical work arounds at site to ensure KPIs are met.• HSE Lead for Victorian Construction Build, ensuring safe work practices are being adhered as outlined.

Managing all site readiness and as built information for customer handover:• Building wideband links for Visionstream over Telstra Infrastructure.• Delivering UECOMM links on live network infrastructure in consultation with Customer NOC, escalating any issues and auditing of joints to confirm that they meet with the customer specifications.• Delivering to varied single mode and multi mode links on customer sites, in Education and Manufacturing sectors.• Assisting the civil and hauling teams to ensure that projects will be delivered within the designated timeframe.• Troubleshooting network issues for new build and network enhancements• Managing and coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to complete the build

Completed field deployment, project management roles in delivering telecommunication upgrades for Wireless and Optic Fibre Rollouts.• Directed field operation teams interstate delivering NGN Site Audits, throughout SA, VIC and WA. Extensive technical understanding in the method of procedure and ensuring these standards were adhered to. Ensured and coordinated all teams audit deliverables to both Senior Project Management and the customer within designated timeframe.• Delivered DWDM Augmentation for Telstra in Metro Victoria, adding additional Fibre capacity in the HDODF. Adding additional links to routers, splicing/patching and testing resultant links and reporting. • Project Managed and performed network software upgrades on OMS840 with Ericsson in the Telstra Exhibition Exchange and Global Operation Centre.
