After 2 months in Amazon our Operation managers choose me to handle position of Flow leader on a new Outbound shift. I took the challenge and as a Flow leader, I am responsible for a smooth flow of the whole outbound shift (approx 200-400 associates). By leading the outbound flow position, I have learned to work under pressure and make quick decision to react to the changing environment, also how to convey information clearly to the all other departments (especially to managers) including Pick, Pack, AFE, P2R, PS and Ship. I cooperate closely with Operation manager about everything what's happening on the outbound shift.

The need to change the job and environment led me to Amazon. I changed my job from Army to Amazon and started my journey as a AFE leader. Leading a team around 20-30 AAs, Cooperation with the manager regarding the process, handling the employee's request and managing everything to arrange nice and smooth shift.
