Analyzed statistical data from over a seven year period to find trends in specific audiences of our donor base to counteract an overall drop in alumni donations, and minimize the damage of the recession to MSU’s telemarketing program.Designed and executed an orientation program to familiarize recently promoted staff with the tools, processes, and strategies need to be successful, as well as the program’s standards for performance.
