• Financially manage a multi-million £ turnover.• Produce monthly reports to a 5 or 8 day deadline locally and for Group.• Involvement in the year end estimate and budgeting process.• Inter-company reconciliation.• Liaison with external auditors and responsibility for all Inland Revenue requirements.• Produce business KPI’s and financial numbers for decision making.• HR & payroll support for the business, including pension administration.• Basic understanding of GDPR as regards a HR perspective.• 1st point of contact for IT support.• Involvement locally and at Group level with IT business systems.• Facilities Management (Insurance, building, vehicles etc).

• Manage £6m turnover (under Cewe Color) £14m pre-takeover.• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts in accordance with Head Office requirements and to tight deadlines.• Manage a team of purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll administrator, together with managing all aspects of the accounting function.• Preparation of annual budgets.• Cost analysis.
