With over 25 years in the Business Software industry, predominantly Sage Accounts and Manufacturing. I am currently the Commercial Manager supporting the Directors in the running of CIM Software Limited, a customer focused Sage Tech Partner & Business Partner, Developer and IT support company based in Southampton, Hampshire, UK.I am responsible for the commercial aspects of the business and managing a team of consultants to provide successful Sage 50, Sage 200 and our own Cim50 & Cim200 Manufacturing software solutions implementations with customers.Prior to my current role, I worked through the ranks at CIM Software from support to consultant, this has provided me with an excellent understanding of customer requirements, allowing me to advise on the right solution to meet these.Also, due to my previous roles as Production Controllers and shop floor experience within the MOD and an Aerospace Engineering company, I have an in-depth understanding of the challenges companies in the manufacturing sector face on a day to day basis.In recent years, as a management team we have pooled our industry knowledge and listened to customers to develop Cim50 and Cim200, Manufacturing and Stock Control solutions that integrate with Sage 50 & Sage 200 Accounts to provide accurate Costing, Stock Control, Traceability, Planning/MRP and Production Management.
