To focus Territory and Regional management’s attention on key issues affecting SPC operations, assistance/management of relocating several SPC’s pre HP, and then the implementation of HP and other SPC customers since. This included the Apollo centralisation which involved writing training documentation on this centralisation and also the implementation/staff training of these changes. Implementation of the HHCD including the writing of training guides and manuals/user guides for the systems involved. Also the hands on training of staff and couriers as well as the collation of a trouble shooting guide to assist in the upkeep and consistency of the HHCD.
