Introduced original solutions to formulation issues to harness the value of Croda technology.- Worked across the full range of Croda products in industrial and automotive lubricants.- Helped customers develop Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants including marine hydraulic and gear oils.- Delivered training presentations to customers regarding EAL approvals and assisted them with European Eco-label applications.- Represented Croda in lubricant industry organisations.- Designed and delivered lubricants training programmes for colleagues and customers.- Organised customer seminars in China and Korea in order to build relationships.- Acted as technical advisor on Automotive Lubricant product developments to ensure successful delivery of commercially desirable products across Croda.
