Each team consisted of one or more of the following lead web developers, web placement developers, junior developers, fullstack developers, senior developers, and QA engineers.• Stakeholder management for Digital Marketing, Directors, and high profile Corporate partners like YBS, Skipton, and Age UK• Quality assurance for requirements being met for delivered websites for IT, Brand, Compliance, SEO and Security• Managing projects for timeline, budgets, risks, third parties,• Running operations for the day to day activity for support, domain provider management, security certificate management, external web platform management and incidents• Software delivery strategy to ensure standards for projects, change control, PCI compliance accreditation, and ISO27001 accreditation• Responsible for the web estate operationally made up of 40+ websites consisting of Intranet, internal credit card payment websites, internal direct debit payment websites, e-commerce websites, Corporate websites, and private portal websites for partners submitting electronic business• Integration between web estate and core development (SSIS, Scheduled Jobs, Email (send, receive, and retrieve), internal and external API’s)• Out of hours work for on call (Price rise Releases, Application Releases, Infrastructure Patching)
