About Martin Dell

Martin Dell, originally from Hertfordshire County, England, has over 30 years of experience in the soccer industry at all levels of the game in both coaching and management as well as a strong background in sales and marketing.In Coach Dell's second year as head coach the Louisburg College men’s soccer team won their first ever NJCAA Division 1 National Championship with a record of 24-1. Dell was also awarded with Regional Coach of the year, District Coach of the year, National Tournament Coach of the year as well as NSCAA National Coach of the year.In Coach Dell’s first year as head coach at Louisburg College, the men’s soccer team earned their spot as Regional Champions, District Champions, and was 1 of only 12 teams that participated in the National Tournament. Dell was also awarded the District Coach of the Year.Coach Dell was formerly the Varsity coach and Physical Education teacher at Sidwell Friends School in Washington D.C. While in D.C., Dell also spent his time as the Director of Youth Development for the Richmond Kickers Professional Soccer Club, and was the head coach of the Richmond Kickers Future PDL team. The Future compiled over 50 wins under Dell’s leadership during his 5 seasons as the head coach. In 2003 and 2005, the Future was the Mid-Atlantic division champion, Eastern Conference champions, and National semi-finalists in 2005.Dell also owned and directed the Coerver Coaching of Virginia for 14 years. During this time, Coach Dell gained much experience serving in for different roles for various periods of time: as the assistant men’s soccer coach for Randolph-Macon College; the varsity girls' head coach for Manchester High School (VA); an ODP Region 1 and Region 3 head coach; a Region 3 staff coach; Director of Coaching for the Richmond Strikers Girls Travel program; Director of Coaching for the Richmond Capitals Soccer Club; and assistant coach for the USL Nashville Metros.
