- Oversee all aspects of equipment and apparel for first team players, coaches and department staff.- Manage the set-up, execution and cleaning of all first team training sessions, both at home and on the road.- Planning of equipment and logistics of travel and training camps in consultation with team management and coaching team.- Supervise players and staff before, during and after training and matches, tailored to their needs.- Communicate with players and coaches about equipment needs, questions, league policies, fines and various other issues as they arise.- Manage the travel of all equipment and apparel for all team travel.- Manage the preparation of all team equipment in accordance with league policies to ensure players, coaches and staff have the correct equipment for match days, travel and training.- Communicate with DFL, UEFA and other governing bodies as required.- Inventory, budget and order all equipment and apparel as required throughout the season.- Lead and develop the first team equipment team. Create rosters, task allocation and process flows.
