My mission was to create a professional services organisation which could scale, handle large scale banking implementations on a global basis. I was recruited to create the Kindle Training center to cater for our global customer base. During this period I recruited and trained a group of trainers who ultimately provided classroom training (10 weeks induration) for banks employees from around the world. We focused on excellence in training design and our programs were designed to ensure that all participants could play a meaning full role in the subsequent implementation of bankmaster in their bank, Wqe were the first International bank vendor to provide a full range of computer based training for our application suite in the world.
