Selected project experience:- Launched an Agile customer journey program for a leading African bank, standing up and working with multidisciplinary teams including business, technology and frontline roles- Supported the backlog clearance program of an African medicines regulator, including front-to-back process redesign and implementation, and leading engagements with industry stakeholders - Reviewed the operating model of a European EPC company with a view to designing a more effective and efficient organisation- Performed commercial due diligence for South African conglomerates and PE firms- Supported the separation program of a European industrial goods company, coordinating 20+ workstreams across all functions- Re-designed the operating model of an East African investment firm, with an emphasis on performance management & culture, governance, group structure and key processes- Supported the transformation program of a European steelmaker, centrally coordinating with cross-functional workstream leads and tracking performance targets - Developed a marketing strategy for a South African coal miner, including customer analysis and visualizing product supply forecasts over a 10-year horizon - Refined the overall strategy for an African Engineering, Procurement & Construction player- Supported the turnaround and growth strategy of a South African production company

Role of Head Tutor for 3 separate undergraduate economics courses: Microeconomics 1, Microeconomics 2 and Macroeconomics 2. Role responsibilities covered all activities related to the course tutorial program, including: - Coordinating team of 20+ tutors, meeting weekly to discuss tutorial content and processes- Tutor recruitment and candidate interviews- Tutor training and evaluation, facilitating feedback from student body- Test invigilation and marking- Running individual tutorials and workshops- Regular communications to the student body

Reviewed a stakeholder engagement strategy for a South African NGO, which involved the valuation of labour-market services offered to employers
