This background is based on my education (PhD in Basic Medical Sciences) and professional experience as a research scientist in academia and industry, most recently via interactions in these settings as a business development professional. In this context, I have established an extensive network within pharma, biotech, and academia. In 2005, I began utilizing my background and expanding knowledge to support business development at Novo Nordisk. My most recent primary focus has been on evaluation of partnership opportunities concerning technologies related to therapeutic proteins, including drug delivery technologies, and for potential therapeutic compounds. Advising stakeholders and opportunity sources on how to progress towards establishment of partnerships and license agreements has been a major component of this work. After leaving Novo Nordisk I established Innovation Partnerships (InnovationPartnerships.dk) to enable me to provide consultation services to facilitate partnering between Industry and Academia / Biotech Companies. I am dedicated to concluding each project with the optimal outcome.
