Tasks included:• Preparation and demo of three tiered Balanced Scorecard system (QPR) based on MSSQL 2000 and Microsoft Operating Systems including; Strategy simulation by creating and executing causal maps, perspectives, cascading, objectives, measures and initiatives into dashboards.• Preparing initial project concept/statement of work and other project related.• Presenting solution and plans to customer.• Conducting planning workshop with customer to translate strategy.• Assisted with training sessions. • Secondary skills which played a major role were:o Operations/processes management and measurement (BI). (MSSQL 2008 SSAS, SSIS and SSRS) o Costing and budgeting (The Strategy Map and Scorecard to budget).At the same time I completed a proposal and research dissertation and received a MBA degree. I participated in ad hoc workshops and consulting sessions with Municipalities in the area of performance. I decided in 09/2011 to abandon this venture. I moved to Pretoria and have since then being attempting to obtain a position as project manager or performance management consultant, but due to economic, political and other conditions have been unsuccessful to date.
