Manage a team of commercial managers accountable for the sourcing and commercial performance of end user experience and datacentre outsource contracts exceeding $300m. Activities cover strategy, tendering, negotiations, transitioning of existing services, delivery of new capability and commercial management.

Accountable for maintaining the service definition and life cycle of enterprise services used by the PLC globally. The role involves working with solution architects, programme managers, and relationship managers to ensure the integrity and efficiency of operational services across a wide range of technologies including mobility, collaboration, desktop and voice.

Worked across a number of Utilities including British Gas, BG Group, Lattice Group in a range of IT roles including- 3 yrs driving IT performance, asset management and infrastructure investments- 2 yrs leading the global delivery of IT infrastructure services as a global production manager- 2 yrs managing a hybrid multi vendor onshore / offshore application support team- 2 yrs matching IS delivery with business requirements as a IT Business Lead - 2 yrs delivering services into the business as a customer Service Manager- 6 yrs managing performance of outsourced delivery partners as Delivery Manager- 4 yrs providing technical solutions as Voice SME
