Analysing various automotive components, either via visual inspection or measuring apparatus for various defects or tolerances within a specified criteria, whether it be immediately after manufacture or isolated in a quarantine facility. Companies I have carried out contracts for include Jaguar Land Rover, Vauxhall and Toyota at their respective assembly locations. Components I have inspected and tested range from the smallest, including brackets and bearings, to the largest including turbochargers, fuel tanks and engine blocks.
