I progressed to managing that division and was awarded "Recruitment Consultant of the Year Award" at the National Recruitment Federation Annual Awards in 2009.I relocated to the RW Group's head office in London in April 2012 to establish a new insurance division focused on recruiting accounting and actuarial professionals in the Lloyd’s of London and global life markets. In April 2014 I re-established a division dedicated to recruiting accountants for investment management firms in the London market.I moved home in 2016 to become Country Manager for Robert Walters' first Canadian office. Based in Toronto our business focuses on recruiting top calibre Finance & Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance, HR and Technology professionals across Canada.
