Som tränare och huvudansvarig ligger det på mig att ha en plan för hur vi ska träna som lag men även vilka övningar som vi behöver drilla. Det ligger även på mig att tillsammans med övriga tränare skapa en stark kultur för laget och gruppen så att alla lär sig vad lagarbete innebär, att samarbeta, att kommunicera osv.

The Dreamfactory helped individuals create, formulate and share their dreams with the world. The power of telling stories that You wish to be true is great. We worked through 5 different steps in order to make dreams come true. The method builds and uses inner motivation as a key resource. Normally we do this with in the school system but it is possible to do wherever with whoever.

In my everydaywork I coach individuals and groups to reach new levels proffessionaly as well as personally. I strive to bring new perspectives to the field of change so that the person(s) I am working with feels comfortable with the dynamics and turbulance of life. I hold lectures/workshops and plan/carry out individual processes of change/growth.

Sofielund Agency is targeting young unemployed and young people with disabilities. The activities offered are: incubator (personal counseling, testing personal talents and ideas, association and business education, etc.), workshops (design, personal service/nursing/availability etc), opportunities for short courses as well as long courses in collaboration with folk high schools. Projectparticipants should perceive themselves to have improved their chances for education, work and livelihood. Another innovative aim is to develop cooperation with the private sector, as well as contacts with the labor market in Denmark and the “production schools”.
